How To Watch ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 : ICC Women’s T20 World Cup international Cricket council ICC is going to organize the eighth edition of ICC Women’s T20 World Cup tournament. It is scheduled to be held in South Africa from 10 to 26 February 2023.

In November 2020, the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced that the tournament has been moved from its original slot at the end of 2022 2 February 2023 due to the 2022 FIFA World Cup. In October 2022, the ICC confirmed the matches for the tournament. There are 10 participating countries and a total of 23 matches will be played in this ICC event.

Venues

In August 2022, the ICC announced that three places in 3 cities would host matches this
season. The venues were set at the Newlands Cricket Ground, St. George’s Park Cricket
Ground, and Boland Park.

Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 India’s Squad

Each team will have to select at least 20 players prior to the tournament, and is able to replace
any injured player from their squad. Pakistan became the first nation to release their squad list
on 14 December 2022.

Harmanpreet Kaur will lead team India in the upcoming ICC women T20 world cup in February,
the Board of Control for cricket in India BCCI has announced on Wednesday. The All India
Women’s Selection Committee chose a strong 15-member squad which included Smriti
Mandhana as Harmanpreet’s deputy in the ICC’s huge event.

India has been put in Group 2 alongside Pakistan, West Indies, Ireland and England. The top two-ranking teams from the two groups will play the semi-finals. And the final will be held on 26th February in Cape Town. India is all set to begin their campaign in the tournament by playing against Pakistan on 12th February, in Cape Town.

For the first time in history South Africa will host the Women’s T20 World Cup in 2023. The 10 teams participating in the tournament are divided into two different groups of five teams each.
