Manchester United have appointed lawyers to sue Cristiano Ronaldo for alleged breach of contract after claims made by the forward in a recent interview

In his interview with Piers Morgan on Talk TV, Ronaldo levelled several accusations against United.

These included claims that the club is pressuring him to leave, that senior executives lacked compassion after his little son passed away in April,

Manchester United has taken the proper action this morning in reaction to a recent media interview with Cristiano Ronaldo.

The deal for Ronaldo expires in July and is worth roughly £500,000 per week.

Ronaldo planned to leave in the summer, but United was unaware of this before to his interview.
